Rates are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays may be subject to expedited rates. Rates are in US Dollars.

Rates apply to transcripts in PDF format. Other formats may be accepted. Please contact to discuss.

It is good practice to forward pages to me when they are ready for proofreading, when transcripts are longer than 200 pages, or are required under an expedited or rush basis.

• Long Term - over 7 business days - $0.40 per page

• Standard - 3 to 7 business days - $0.45 per page

• Expedite - 48 business hours - $0.60 per page

• Rush - 12 to 48 business hours - $0.80 per page

• Daily - 12  business hours or less - $1.00 per page

• An additional charge of $0.10 per page may be charged for transcripts that require extensive corrections, reading to audio, expert testimony.
